Our fully integrated production facility in Sakarya, spanning 174.000 m², enables complete control over quality and consistency throughout every stage of production.
Our facility includes:
- 8 extrusion presses (70,000 tons/year capacity)
- Anodizing line (30,000 tons/year)
- Vertical powder coating line (35,000 tons/year)
- Wood-transfer coating unit (1,500 tons/year)
- Aluminium composite panel production line (4.5 million m²/year)
Every product we deliver starts with prime aluminium billets and is crafted under the supervision of experienced engineers and technical specialists. Our aluminium profiles are used across nearly 40 different industries, including construction, ventilation, façade systems, shading, and accessories.
